So here is the right procedure:
1. Make sure you have root
2. Make sure you have /system mounted rw
3. Switch the keyboard to Samsung
4. Use app killer to kill the Swype app (if you don't find it then you are not using the correct app killer)
5. delete all 3 Swype files (i recommend a backup first)
Those are:
/system/app/Swype.apk
/system/app/Swype.odex
/system/lib/libSwypeCore.so
6. delete everything in /data/data/com.swype.android.inputmethod
7. reboot (just in case check if wype files are realy gone)
8. copy the 3 new swype files to
/system/app/Swype.apk
/system/app/Swype.odex
/system/lib/libSwypeCore.so
9. install the Swype.apk (I've done it from the external_sd)
10. reboot

Nexus / Desire
Swype 2.4
1.Not need to root
2.Install apk file from External_SD
3.reboot

I9000 / Nexus / Desire SWYPE 升級或安裝新版本 2.7

先用ROM MANAGER做備份
工具:root explorer+z4root
I9000點這裡
1.需要ROOT (/system必須可以讀寫)
2.先切換到中文或別的輸入鍵盤
3.強制停止SWYPE
4.先備份再刪除3個SWYPE檔
    /system/app/Swype.apk
    /system/app/Swype.odex
    /system/lib/libSwypeCore.so
5.再清空此資料夾/data/data/com.swype.android.inputmethod
6.重開機
7.複製新的SWYPE檔到
   /system/app/Swype.apk
   /system/app/Swype.odex
   /system/lib/libSwypeCore.so
8.從SD卡安裝SWYPE.APK
9.重開機


Nexus / Desire
點這裡 Swype 2.4
如果之前沒有安裝過swype,可以直接安裝
1.不需要ROOT
2.從SD卡安裝SWYPE1.APK
3.重開機
